| Regular League Matches: |
| Three person teams based in individual clubs. |
| There are two divisions. |
| Matches consist of nine singles and one doubles, 11-up, best of five sets, however, if either team is playing a junior then only best of 3 sets is played. |
| Matches are played at individual clubs on weekday evenings. |
| |
| Team Handicap Knockout Competition: |
| There is a team handicap knockout competition interspersed with the regular league matches throughout the season. |
| Matches consist of nine singles (all best of three sets) using the handicap allocated by the committee. |
| Matches are played at individual clubs on weekday evenings. |

| POOLE PAIRS |
| Two person teams. |
| Teams are seeded by the Poole Pairs administrator with the strongest/weakest players teamed together. |
| Matches consist of four singles and one doubles, 11-up, best of seven sets. |
| All matches are played at Bournemouth Sports Club on Thursday evenings. |
