From The Chairman

Welcome to a new season. The league is slowly growing, with three new teams entering this year. One each from Chalke Valley, Child Okeford and Shaftesbury. This has meant that we have been able to keep 3 divisions. With less league games, we are re-introducing the team handicap with a different format (watch the newsletters).

Most people know that Rod has stood down as secretary. I will take this opportunity to thank him again for all his efforts and support he has given this committee. Dave Hughes is our new secretary - look out for his flamboyant writing style.

One of the reasons that we have extra teams is due to our coaching centres. Keep supporting these and maybe we may get even more teams.

I would like to thank all the players, playing in the league and tournaments, for making it enjoyable to go out in the evenings.
